Photo Booth Terms and Conditions


1. All bookings require down payment either in person or through bank deposit. No pencil booking.

An event is only considered reserved/ booked when client has submitted the signed contract and reservation fee/ down payment has been paid in cash and acknowledged by Keepsake Photo Video.

Payments can be made either:
  • Through our affiliate office (by appointment only) in Shoppesville, Greenhills, San Juan
  • Via Bank deposit to our account at BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands)

2. Fifty percent (50%) non-refundable down payment/ reservation fee is to be paid upon signing of contract. Fifty percent (50%) balance to be paid in cash on the day of the event.

3. All miscellaneous charges (i.e., permits, meals, parking, distant city/ out of town charge) are to the account of the client.

4. Photo booth rental is inclusive of: photo booth unit, background, studio strobe (built-in), photo booth operator/ technician, picture cd of all shots, instant 4R prints, customized border lay-out and design, and online gallery. Other details such as number of prints and design details are as specified in this agreement.

  • For Standard Packages: Unlimited photo sessions within the rental period. One print per photo session.
    Additional hour in excess of rental period will be charged P2,000 per hour. Recopies will be charged P25 per print.
  • For Unlimited Packages: Unlimited photo sessions with multiple prints within the rental period. Multiple prints is limited to the number of persons in each shot. Additional hour in excess of rental period will be charged P3,000 per hour.

5. Hourly rental begins 30 minutes to 1 hour after photo booth has been set-up. Except for Unlimited Packages, which employs Stop Timer (time stops when no one is having their picture taken), with Standard Packages, rental period is continuous with only 30 minute breaktime during meals.

6. Props and accessories will be made available for clients’ use and enjoyment. However, in the event that props and accessories are lost or damaged by client or client’s guests, client assumes responsibility and must pay for the damaged item.

7. Soft copies of the printed photos will be posted on our website at http://keepsakephotovideo.com/ within 3 days after the event. These are low-resolution, internet friendly copys for downloading. High resolution copy of all shots will be provided on picture cd for the client after the event.

8. We reserve the right to use the images taken with our photo booth for publication, display or advertising.

9. In case of cancellation of service, client forfeits the reservation fee.

10. We will not be held accountable for power outages, damages caused by factory defect of media, theft, fire, flood, calamity and other acts of God. In case of equipment malfunction or media corruption, resulting to damage to photos, our sole liability is limited to refund the amount already paid less deployment cost and number of photos printed.
